Wingstop

Seemed like they were short staffed (so I don't want to seem harsh to the workers) but I waited over 30 minutes past the order was supposed to be ready, over an hour in total (there were maybe three people dining in, it was not busy at all) had to go up multiple times to check in on the order which ended up being on the counter for 20 minutes, and nobody had bothered to check for my name on the receipts. The wings and fries were also legitimately disgusting, they were practically oozing dirty burnt oil and and tasted like it. Pretty safe to assume that they don't change out their oil, not surprised at all that people are saying they got food poisoning.

It was good but guess what? I got food poisoning with my whole family. You guys also forgot my brownie but that's okay I get mistakes happen. Never coming back here.

Always as a dasher have to wait atleast 10 minutes from the time it says it should be ready

There was hair in my daughter’s boneless wings plus the lady who answered the phone when I called and told her was extremely rude.

The lady named Julian is rude when you order and unprofessional

Seems like they dislike door dashers. It’s not really their choice though. If they don’t like doing the job work somewhere else. Everyone deserves a little decency.

Lady who took our order does not belong in a customer service environment. I almost walked out before I even ordered

Food left on tables, workers sitting outside of store on the phone, horrible service at the counter, no notification of an hour wait for my food prior to ordering, overall a terrible experience.
