The worst management team I have ever seen in a place. No one knew what was going on and different people were giving me different information on what time to order. Will never be going back to this location

Horrible customer service. Lady who was working the cashier today with glasses was plain out RUDE!!

This place does not even deserve 1 star. Horrible customer service & unprofessional staff. Waited over 1 hour and the whole time my order was sitting on their rack. Horrible! Will not be returning nor recommending these people.

I love the food atmosphere great, just one issue my boyfriend can not order with his bank card. And trickles because his children live out of town and can't have your wings.

Ordered food on the app and took too long close to an hour.

Store hours say open til midnight. Arrived at 11 pm and they said they were not taking any orders. They turned several people away at the 7th street location!

I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing combo with well done fries. The portion size was pathetically small and the fries were underdone.

When you order your food, make sure you ask for triple or quadruple the sauce if not, you’ll get a spit of sauce on each one of your wings. If I asked for light sauce it would make sense.

Ridiculous to have a call center take over call in orders!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They mess up orders can’t even get your name right! I use to like eating wingstop now service sucks.
