Wings always the best!

Ordered online 28-33 minute wait showed up 30 minutes into our order. Told us 8 minute wait had us there for 20 extra minutes for our food to be put on the shelf. Not once was our name called. Had to get up and ask for it and for our food to be cold.

I ordered to pickup from online when I pulled my wings out my hand was drenched with cooking oil as you can see from attached photo it was just leaking everywhere I got 20 boneless/fries I had option to select 4 flavors and that’s what I did but opening my order when I got home I realized they’d only put 3 out of 4 flavors requested I tried lemon pepper, original hot, hickory smoked bbq great for late night dinner after everything starts to close because they shut down at midnight but definitely need do better at quality of carry out meals

Multiple Horrible Experience at this location we have tried to give em 2 more shots but this Place is absolute Trash don’t waste your time and money here! The service is absolutely Horrible a Monkey could do better work then the folks currently working at this location. Worst wingstop in Kansas City Metro. They don’t even deserve the 1 star

Food was cold wings were dried out and hard like they had been sitting not fresh at all fries were laying in the basket were also limp and cold will not patronize this business again the meat on the wings were hard and dry smh

This is the 7th time I ordered from them and they do not give me extra seasoning like I asked. Get it right. It looks like there is no seasoning.

Super good food but the place could used some cleaning.
