What can I say about the incompetence here. Ordering well done fries seems to be the Achilles Heel of Wingstops everywhere, but when the manager looks you right in the eye and says "that's the best we can cook them", while showing her a droopy, inedible fry that's not even hot, what can you do but wonder what kind of training they get on proper cooking techniques. It's not rocket science, just 30-60 seconds more and there you go, crispy fries. And the fact that I was waiting for my order and they gave it to me right away is a tell as well, how they heck they aren't hot??? It's always been hit or miss, mostly miss no matter the location. I had given up even trying and haven't eaten WS for a while, but new address, new office, new location and my staff wanted it so I figured if I ordered them correctly and checked when I picked them up it wouldn't be a problem. Boy was I WRONG! I was so upset not only at the poor quality of the food, but the poor quality of the manager who obviously didn't give a rats behind and went with a lame excuse that anyone can see through. She didn't get cussed out because there was an audience, but suffice to say this is my last visit to that location, or any Wingstop location. The $5 "gift card" they offered when I complained wasn't even enough to cover the two large fries that went into the trash. The wings were overdone as well, but most of them at least got eaten anyway. No more, ever! BDubs here I come!
La comida es buena igual el servicio pero Porfavor contraten programadores buenos!!!! La página web es horrible, no puedo ordenar en línea porque agrego a canasta quiero pagar y de la nada me elimina todos los elementos que tenía y así sucesivamente hasta que me frustre y ya no compre nada eso es pérdida de $ para la empresa! Sean abiertos a contratar gente de otros países y no solo uno!!!! No tienen la más mínima idea de lo que es sistemas
