Can yall please please please STOP PUTTING THAT NASTY AHH BUTTER WITH DRY RUB OPTIONS ITS A DRY RUB FOR A REASON I DONT WANT THEM WET!!!! On top of that it is NASTY. If I wanted them wet I wouldn’t have gotten a dry rub for my wing seasoning choice.

I have been a few times over the past few years or ordered to go, and every time the food has been cold. Doesn't matter if you go in person or go earlier than the pick up time for take out, the food is lukewarm at best. Cold fries are never good.

This has got to be by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would love for corporate to pull cameras to watch the "manager's" who would not provide his name to me, body language at his demeanor towards me. The young man looked as if yes he had a long busy Friday but spoke to me in a negative connotation. I flat out said I work in Customer service a a bank manager it's not ok. I know it wasn't y'all fault completely but this is not okay. The first young man was trying to help and make it right but the manager was a completely rude individual. Even spoke down to him by waiving the recipept in his face. We door dashed the dasher was given someone else's order so we already had to drive to this location to get is sorted. It's just not a.good experience and would never recommend this place.

The food was great but the service is what made our dine in experience great! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. It’s crazy because this really isn’t like a full scale restaurant like Olive Garden so I didn’t expect like full scale service but yet the staff was so good about coming to bring our food to the table and asked us how we were doing etc. I feel like this was above and beyond and I would definitely be back again to enjoy some dine in at this location!!!!! Just so impressed with the service!

This is absolutely disgusting. The fries are cold and stuck together in a huge ball. Food is cold and taste like it’s been left out for days

Figured I’d give this place a try since I live fairly close. I walked in and stood at the counter for about 7 minutes while 6 people were working and making glances at me. A gentleman walked in and went to the register right beside me, a worker went and greeted him instead of me. I didn’t know why it took me so long to try this place out, and now I know I’ll never go back. Ended up walking out, poor customer service.

came all the way from Morganton and the place was packed, everyone standing around waiting on their food..a group of people came in and a worker told them they were only taking online orders rudely, so they left. After waiting half an hour, I got my order and left. just to get home in Morganton and see they gave me someone elses order. Wont be back. The staff arent friendly at all. theres one roll of brown paper towels at the drink station for everyone to use. No napkin dispensers at the tables. Very uncomfortable seating. Just not a great place at all. Tried calling to let them know they gave me the wrong order, but wouldn't ya know the number wasn't in service

Was here today. Very polite and service was awesome.
