Wingstop

Placed an order with them online and they called to let me know they were out of bone in wings. They said they would do a refund and it would be back on my card in 3-5 business days, this did not happen. Called them 3 weeks later to let them know and of course it was no talking to them. Went through corporate to get my money back. Not going back to this location

Always a long wait Wings are good. Just hope they can get adequately staffed.

I usually don’t go to this wingstop but decided to give it a try since it was closer than the one I usually go to. I will never go there again, the employees are very rude and the food at this one is nasty. The girl who gave me my food was very rude and had a major chip on her shoulder. She just didn’t want to work or be there. It appears all of the employees there are of the same sorry mindset and very unwelcoming. I was warned about how the staff are at this Wingstop but thought it would have gotten better…sadly it hasn’t. I won’t be going back.

Every time I order from this location you can’t get a hold of anyone, their delivery times are usually an hour longer than the app says, many times I’ve ordered pickup and they claim they never received the online order.

Incredibly slow

I don't want to exaggerate, but the service is terrible. I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. Lack of friendliness, attentiveness, and also what appears to be a lack of work ethic. My advice? Eat somewhere else or try another Wingstop location.

A chicken only restaurant ran out of chicken and didn't give a refund of my money. Has been 2 weeks. I was told it would be back on my card within 3 to 5 business days. Completely unprofessional,hood,and ghetto. Manager won't come to the phone. Leaves you on hold forever. Very irritating to deal with. Don't go to this location. If you are in Greensboro North Carolina go to the Wendover avenue location. You do not want to go to the gate city location. You will be disappointed almost every time. If you don't want regrets, you better go somewhere else.could be the worst service in Greensboro

placed an order when i got there at 10pm lady said it was going to be a 25 minute wait which i was fine with. An hour goes by and i get up to finally say something at 11pm and when i do walk up to there the cook says i have to wait and after expressing to him i’ve been there for an hour he raises his voice and catches an attitude saying you indeed have not waited for an hour bc “that’s not what the ticket said” horrible attitude from the cook
