Terrible service ... They don't want to take your order... Order online and pick up or be ready to wait 15 minutes just to order... I hope the manager gets replaced

DO NOT EAT HERE. It was late and the restaurant had one hour left and all the chairs had been set up the tables, I ordered a large 10 piece wings bone in 5 mango and 5 atomic. I waited 20 minutes for it and when they handed it to me the girl that made my food repeated the order a 10 piece wings order 5 mango and 5 atomic I said yes that is correct, she had the order sealed with a huge sticker guaranteed it was correct, checked and followed health protocols. When I got home too my dissatisfaction and disappointed surprise Wing stop only gave me 8 pieces of wings and charged me full price for a large 10 piece. I still haven't gotten a refund from what they have shorted from my order and this issue remains unresolved to this day. Unbelievable...a year later....they are still A-holes....they blocked and closed the bathroom so I would not use it. (It's what racist people do when they don't like you to use their bathrooms) and the lady emphasized I'd by blocking the doors with high chairs glaring at me with disgust....it was 8:45 p.m. and they started flashing the lights so I would leave whilst they were blaring Christian music singing 'holy, holy, holy' why did I even come back to this trash of a place....and she even has the insult to nod her head as if I was oblivious to what she did. So uncomfortable, awkward and like watching a crazy person.

I placed an order around 11:10 for pick up, And I showed up at 11:30pm to pick it up. The lady was not friendly at all, informing me that it was an inconvenience im coming late, Even tho there is no last call and they close at 12. The cook gave me a dirty look and she basically threw my bag of food at me, my the boxes were leaking sauce because they wanted to just throw it together. This was the staff on 10/26/2023 at 11:30pm. They are garbage employees!

Everyone is always nice and have speedy service my favorite wingstop.Angie usually helps me but honestly everyone is always cordial and sweet,and if am coming almost every week that should say something about the food Tuesdays is usually wingstop day for us . I text my son during my work day and say ….. wing-stop always excited to know what we are having for dinner

Workers were laughing and messing around and laughing at my name, and then complain that people come as soon as they order (i came 15 min after ordering) and then start speaking spanish and saying how annoying customers are as if i didn’t understand them
