6 boneless wings took a whole hour to make. Complained and the restaurant took longer. Complain to the GM and got a measley $5 gift card which can't buy anything on the menu. This place needs to be shut down

The worst customer service ever went in there at 11:20 and they denied me service because he had everything cleaned and he dint want to get anything dirty. So he refused to service me even tho they close at 12pm. I have been there before at 11:50 and they still help me out. Mined you as i was walking in the floor was soaking wet and almost slipped and no sign of wet floor.

Original review 8 months from this one. Half my order was not there. I'm the idiot for not checking the bag before leaving. They don't answer calls, and the wingstop automated system is garbage, so there is no way to make this right without driving all the way back to the store. Which I now have to do. Wings are hit or miss. Half the time they are so under-sauced that you can't even taste the flavor. When they sauce the wings, they're great. One bad order is understandable, this is every other time and I feel stupid for being a returning customer.

Went to pick up two orders for myself and my sister, both where wrong! Sister went back to let them know it was wrong and the manager on duty was completely rude to her, when she tried explaining what was wrong manager cut her off and said “i don’t want to start an argument with you” another member had to step in and calm him down and he helped her out the manager walked away and kept yelling at her from the kitchen. Everything was wrong from the start while i was there waiting for the orders they where all arguing with a doordasher about a lost order she had to wait for them to redo all of it again and didn’t even apologize for it.

Went in today and ordered 10 wings . 45 minutes later I finally got them . They were good but dang 45 minutes.

Had questions when ordering but it’s a automated bot … dumbest thing ever buying food elsewhere
