Online order. Only dry rub we order was not shown in picture, all other was suppose to be in sauce. All others they didn't say dry rub so we was expecting liquid on all other wings. Beware if you think your getting wet it might turn up as plain no flavor wings In fake holloween disguise. Tried something new, that was a mistake will be going back to bdubs

I got the Korean BBQ wings with fries. Wings and fries were both crispy and well done how I like it! Nothing was soggy or cold. I went around 4pm on a Wednesday

Always cold … wings had fried feathers all over it like it was ready to jump out of the box and fly away

Brody was very quick to help me and it was a very good experience.

Our fries had little fried roaches in them. Contacted customer support and haven't heard anything back. 🪳

wings were cold. set them to be done at a certain time, went in at that time. ate them right after in the car. so cold. fries were warm, im confused..

I just HAD to do this review on Wing Stop because Avery gave above and beyond amazing service tonight and you just don’t really see customer service like this anymore! I ordered wing stop through Uber Eats (Will NEVER use them again) and my order was taken. I was originally told they weren’t going to replace the order but then Avery called me back and said if I’m willing to pick it up she would replace the order. I just really appreciate her for making sure that my night was not ruined by UE.

Sigh, i’ve been wanting to try wingstop for like, ever, because i’ve never lived by one. My bf and I were excited for this one to open so we tried it, unfortunately it sucked cheeseballs. So disappointed, my fries were so soggy, I got 6 piece boneless wings, 1/2 mild, 1/2 hot honey. (we didn’t even do online order, came straight from them) I basically just got chicken nuggets. I was so sad, I love wings. The sauce did not hold onto my chicken at all whatsoever and there was barely any sauce in my box left over. (also… they’re tiny??? like chick fil a size chicken, even the bone in too.) Okay for a snack I guess. Despite the lame food, very good employees and fantastic ranch.

Do not eat here, lady taking order not sure what was wrong if she was high or what but could not understand the order whatsoever, was told all they had in store was chicken tenders, food was packaged all wrong was basically in open boxes not in to go containers, both me and my spouse both got food poisoning from them, no not ever go back

The lady taking our order was either high or just stupid. She couldn’t get anything we said right and had to repeat it several times, they only had chicken tenders no wings or sandwiches. They gave us our to go fries in open containers like we were dining in- when there’s not even a spot to sit in there. The food was way too salty. And also food poisoning 🙃

Wings were awful. Going to Hooters next time!

EDIT: Ended up waiting two and a half hours for TWENTY wings and a fry. Called in my order and waited 30 minutes. Came in and waited another 45 minutes only to be told they didn’t even have my order in. Not to mention everyone elses orders that were hours overdue or never fulfilled, leaving them waiting for HOURS. The management needs to help these poor teenagers that are clearly struggling. Didn’t see a single adult on shift actually managing anybody, it was just pure chaos

Horrid service, stood waiting for the lady working the counter to even acknowledge me for 15 minutes and then my order had been ready the whole time getting cold while I stood there

i came in to get food at 11:42 and the guy at the front told me he couldn’t put in my food bc whatever i was getting would take 18 minutes to make so they would be closed. terrible service. it doesn’t take 18 minutes to make my order that i never even got a chance to give you. if i haven’t told you what i’m getting how do you know it’ll take 18 minutes??? wouldn’t hurt you to make me some fries & corn @ 11:42 & don’t think that would’ve taken 18 minutes but you didn’t even ask lol
