Wingstop

They forgot my ranch :( put an order online, one of the workers told me my order wasn’t ready. I waited 10 minutes and asked another worker if my order was ready and he grabbed the same bag off the shelf and gave it to me. No ranch…. :’(

I have enjoyed the food here before, but the company is inept. After numerous issues with the website, (fields not working properly, unable to edit payment, error message related the order), trying to order with free delivery. I gave up and called. Sat on hold for five minutes and was then told they wouldn't do delivery orders over the phone. I wasted 30 minutes trying to buy lunch for the office. Well... They lost on a large order today... And probably every potential lunch order in the future. Ef Wingstop.

Terrible service there was hair in my food and when I complained the lady said that I put my hair in the food I didn't when I asked for a refund she said no I called the manager and he told me to go screw myself and won't give me his name.

Was worth the wait, although it was busy. Chicken sandwiches were good. Chicken strips were ok. I'm trying the wings next time. The spicy Korean dip was tasty, but a little too spicy for me.. I enjoyed the fries as they were fresh and well seasoned. The veggies were fresh and tasty with the blue cheese dip. The brownie was ok. We will be back.

Ordered take out for our company lunch. 20 of us. Orders were either incomplete/items missing or totally wrong. Disappointed in the chicken sandwich which came with a floppy pickle slice and dry bun, no sauce , very bland. Will not return.

They opened the door early, so we went in and this little Mexican girl was being very rude and making mean face at me and my boyfriend, and told us we had to leave and we were fine with that, the older lady was very sweet but the Mexican girl was extremely disrespectful. And we will not be going back here, and we used to come all the time. BAD SERVICE

Extremely busy when I went in. When I was there, they told someone that it was currently (3-2-24) card only. No cash allowed.
