This is a survey for Kennedii 10/10 would try again.

I never received my food. I ordered delivery through the Wingstop app. The driver stole my order and my order never arrived. I called Wingstop corporate and Doordash. Doordash said to have Wingstop replace my order because it was placed on wingstop's website but Wingstop said they can't refund it since the order was send to doordash. Wingstop promised to call me back for a resolution. I attempted this three times. Wingstop never called me back. So I went in person and spoke with the manager. He refused to replace my order or offer a store credit saying he's not liable. I love the wings here, but I'll never return. They stole $30 from me and have the worst customer service.

Five star dining at a fast food price !! The crew is amazing. The establishment is clean. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing fries were hot and perfectly seasoned . Kennedii

They don’t have any strawberry Fanta but everything else was good

Ordered a delivery from this wing stop. Whoever picked up our order stole it. Never was dropped off.. We called wingstop and the worker wasn’t helpful and wouldn’t answer the phones to remake it. Terrible service!

WORKERS BAGGING FOOD WITH NO GLOVES ON!!! THATS UNSANITARY!!!! THE WORKER GOT MAD BECAUSE WE WANTED OUR FOOD REMADE, HORRIBLE !

Disappointed. The bag was falling apart because stuff inside was spilling. My side of veggies, costing $2, was compromised of 6ish thin pieces of celery (no carrots). All 8 boneless wings fit in a small container with most pieces being slightly larger than a quarter. Barely any garlic Parm on some, but drowning in Korean BBQ. Fries were soggy and cold. This was ordered directly through Wing Stop and delivered by door dash, and I'm almost certain the food (which was done and arrived earlier than the quoted wait) was cold before it made it in the dashers car.

The food is horrible and the woman working the register need some customer service skills

Wings was cold , corn was old I ask them not to fry my wings hard instead they gave me some old cold wings . Will not be back

My son has expressed great resentment towards this establishment. Poor food, ghetto/incompetent/unpleasant workers, and dirty atmosphere. These are just a few of the issues that plague your restaurant. My son Lardog and I will not be eating here again! good riddance...

Dirty building and mess up order every time

Do not eat here place is nasty as hell ordered here a few times, food is never right always have some type of ghetto loud music playing, people at the front are rude as hell! One of the workers tried to sell me some weed In the lobby. Most of them are high all the time that's why the orders are never right. Kids are mangers this place needs to be burned to the ground quickly smh

Order from here through Uber Eats and they gave me the completely wrong order and it was here in my chicken red hair

I was at Wingstop on Wednesday June 12th around 8:15 p.m. the young lady at the register didn't acknowledge that I was there until I had been there about 10 minutes she wore a wig. Her face was horrible when she came to actually take my order then they have the audacity to have a written note on the chalkboard that says welcome to Wingstop smile. That place is terrible the manager was out back the girl couldn't take my order because she didn't know how to use the gift card someone need to be there and inform them how to greet the people that are coming in making their salary possible.

This is absolutely the worst Wingstop ever so much happened the I don’t wanna type it but got this food you see on the 26th of June 2024 got my whole order wrong cold fries hard nasty burnt called in the morning to tell the manger what happened the previous night and kept the food to bring it back I came in the next night on the 27th of June 2024!!!! And again I was sent home with the completly wrong order and cold fries I went In again and nobody was coming to the front I just left not worth your time and money go anywhere else!!!!!
