Got the 10 piece boneless it was so tiny, smaller than a chicken nuggets that they looked like bite size would not come to this place again. The guy on front was rude as well. not even sauce enough, it was dry, and I would not eat here again in this location. it does not justify the money spent here. I get it 20 bucks. I paid what I got.

Ordered the 20 piece special for pickup and only got 10. Was told all the items on the order were packed when picked up.

Mufassa and Ryan were did amazing, my order got messed up and they understood and kept it very professional the whole time. I would definitely come back just because they made my experience great. Very great employees, im impressed.

Not sure who owns this franchise but I had the worst experience today. Employees were very rude when I had only been standing there for 15 minutes after paying for my order that was placed 30 minutes prior! When I asked the lead/manager/not really sure of her title because the division manager said it wasn't his store; it was hers. When I finally got my order, got into the car and drove off, my fries were cold. I called the store and Artrail told me my only option was to bring back the fries and they would give me hot ones and then hung up. Really? Unfortunately Artrail, your name is the only name on the receipt, and maybe you were merely the messenger. Messenger or not, there is no excuse for your behavior or the behavior of your team.

I placed an order to be delivered via door dash from the store located at 14119 Grant Road. When I received the food it was not what I was expecting. The chicken was badly burned with no seasoning/sauce which makes it extremely difficult for a 4 year old to eat. They gave me a handful of burnt fries for an order over $50. When I called the store, the shift leader was very rude and proceeded to tell me it's nothing she can do about the order. She told me to take it up with door dash. I asked if the person from door dash prepared to food and she said yes. She hung up resulting in me calling back. She said she didn't have time to be dealing with complaints. I asked for her manager and she said she doesn't know the name of the manager. Needless to say I will be calling the health department tomorrow since they are letting random delivery drivers prepare take out orders. I will never order from this store again
