Wingstop

Food was hott and ready when I got there.. New manager was nice and helpful

I went to this Wingstop location in last night and it took almost an hour to receive my food. My boyfriend and I walked into an empty store, placed our order and as we were paying the card machine broke. After waiting 5 minutes for the guy behind the counter to figure it out, we offered to go to a bank close by and get cash. Once we returned, there were 8 other people in the store. Of course we didn’t expect our order to be ready as we technically couldn’t pay. However, we stood there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us. The only reason our order was taken after 10 minutes was because we stopped a worker who came to the register and told them we were here before but were unable to pay due to their machine not working. He walks back and grabs the guy who originally took our order to let him know we needed to place our order again. This worker walks over the the register and stands for a moment without saying anything and decides to answer the phone in this moment (though the phone had been ringing unanswered for minutes) and walks off. After a few more minutes he gets off the phone and takes our order with no acknowledgment of the fact that we waited for so long to be serviced the second time around or even that their machine stopped working mid-transaction the first time around. We replace our orders and sit to wait on them. Surprisingly it was ready in a few minutes and we go to our car. Before we left the parking lot we checked our bag and 2 items were missing. I decided to check this locations Google reviews and they have 2 stars and from what I can see, no one responding to any of the complaints.

Apparently this is "online order only" according to the kids that are working. They are "under staffed" but still have enough time to run around the restaurant like children. So we went to a different "under staffed" restaurant and they had way better customer service. And food.

This was my first time having Wingstop. It was okay.

This place will be out of business soon! The way the little boys run this place is certainly gonna get them shut down very soon. Absolutely no customer service skills, dirty tables and floors and an extremely long wait when the place is completely empty. Might as well make wings at home. If you’re ordering online or thru Uber eats, door dash etc, don’t be surprised if your food is late because nobody cares enough to provide speedy service and edible food.

If I could Leave zero stars I would, I have Never seen an establishment that enjoys bullying minors. All I’m going to say is you are most certainly lucky you picked a night where mom and dad were not in the area, but you can bet your last dollar it won’t happen again. All she wanted was service and food, but instead was made to feel uncomfortable and met with dirtiness and unattentiveness by punks on cellphones running this location. Shame on me for allowing some normalcy in this jacked up world where high schoolers can’t enjoy a meal after a game. Someone needs to get a grip on this place quick.
