Gave us the complete wrong order and wouldn't remake it for us. The heck is that!!

Me and my mom were thinking of going to Zaxby’s next door but decided to go to Wing Stop. Best decision I we could have ever made! We’ve never been to this restaurant before and wanted to try something new. The restaurant big, clean, and welcoming already making a good impression. Then, the best part of this whole restaurant is the cashier. He instantly put a smile on our faces and he is the main reason I’m writing this review! Then onto the food. I was worried about the food because the reviews had said that the food was bad, but they were wrong. Me and my mom ordered 20 boneless wings with fries and they were amazing. The Wings were crisp and juicy and the fries were hot and fresh. Would recommend this small restaurant to all people in Canton!

Excellent customer service experience on a Saturday afternoon. The reciept states Michael took care of us and he was such a nice dude. Thank you for taking care of us and the boys lunch!

I rarely leave reviews but I needed to write a review about Michael and Z, the two gentlemen cooking and cashiering. They were both very kind and simply AMAZING! I don't know who owns this spot, but I highly recommend you do what you need to keep these two gentlemen happy as their customer service skills are EXCELLENT. Mike, Z, thank you for making my food run a good one! (감사합니다).. ohhhh and the lemon pepper wings were crispy, tasty, and good!

My husband picked up 20 pcs bone in wings by the time he got home, the bag that the box of wings were in was soaked with grease. It was so disgusting. We have gone there several times at this Wingstop and never had this happen before. it was a $25 order and we could only eat a few pieces that was not soaked with grease even his car seat had grease on it . I talked to the manager Megan , about what had happened and she did offer to remake the order but we’re about 25minutes from the store and as we told her, we were just calling to have her correct the problem, and seemed that she really had no interest in the phone call nor the problem I was calling about

Terrible absolutely terrible, spent $32 I won't do that again wings was undercooked and not done and no seasoning please get someone in the kitchen that knows how to cook, and if you like a side of grease you will love catching A heart attack sooner or later, because I didn't want to waste the food I had to end up bringing it home and putting it in the air fryer to cook it fully sad please go to Zaxby's down the street at least you know you will get something decent for a good price

Me and wife just had wing stop for the first, and Mikey customer service was the best I’ve experienced. He was very detailed and he knew everything about to product now I have to try everything on the menu. lol thanks Mikey

None of the employees were wearing any sort of gloves. The girl with the pink hair has placed our food into the bag with no gloves either, while wiping her face before. The food safety here is a joke.
