This location needs to be shut down. It’s literally the worst. Orders are always wrong and NEVER FRESH. It takes over an hour to get it. NO SEASONING AND OVERCOOKED. VERY POOR QUALITY EVERY TIME
Placed a big order at this location and got home and found they did not give us everything. Called back and first girl said it was our fault as we should have checked before we left and I said so you are blaming me for you guys not getting my order right. Was I suppose to unload the whole bag in front of you and check it. Also, they said they would box the orders in individuals boxes so we knew what was what and they didn't. Manager (so she said) got on the phone and tried to blame me as well and said I had to bring the whole order back to get the rest that was missing. The kicker of all this was it was only four tenders, but they wanted me to load everything back up in the bag and drive it all the way over there so they can verfiy the order, 4 TENDERS!!!!!!! Most managers would first apologize (never happened) and then make it right (never happened) and realize good customer service for just 4 TENDERS!!!!!!! I said I would take it all back, but family convinced me otherwise. This place has great food, but the service today was horrible and instead of helping a customer, they just wanted to blame the customer over 4 TENDERS!!!!!! I know they probably dont review these reviews, but I wanted to vent!!!!!!!
Ordering online w/ Apple Pay is quick and convenient. It was ready when I got there sooner than estimated.
Wings are good but not always fresh
I accidentally ordered to the wrong location. I called to cancel. Was told by the manager on staff it would take up to 7 business days to get money back and she has to have her manager cancel it later.
When I chuckled because that was ridiculous as refunds don’t take that long and said so I was told not to laugh at her then she hung up on me.
When I called back for her name and the name of her supervisor and that it was ridiculous she hung up on me because I didn’t laugh at her but the situation and was told “no thank you” and hung up on. So whoever was your female manager on 9/12 at 5:25 pm was extremely rude and has ZERO customer service and probably shouldn’t be handling customers if that is how she is going to react and treat them.
What the hell is wrong with restaurants trying to charge for sauces now??? I’m buying wings. In all of history it comes with ranch to dip included with your meal and now Wingstop wants to charge $1.85 for a tiny amount of sauce on top of the wings. I could understand if I ordered extra but it has always been included. This is ridiculously unnecessary. Disappointing.
Ordered food at 5pm to get your food at 6pm for them to say they haven’t started it cause they lost the ticket. No sense in urgency. Poor customer service. The 1st and last time coming to this stop!
This 2nd time I order for my employees and they don't give us the full order I had to order from another place to replace the missing food, and the driver was rude they didnot bring the food into the store they texted me 5 times that they were not bring it in, and they started to leave it outside. If they don't want to deliver the food then they should not be working as a delivery person. Our company will never order from wing stop again
Waited 20 minutes for there to be no sauce on my wings basically gave me nuggets
The service is horrible at this branch. The first time, I ordered takeout and they didn't include the fries I had already paid for. On this second and LAST OCCASION, I double-checked that they were included, but when I got home and started eating, I realized that 4 wings were missing. Horrible service (and by the way, the fries were all dry and tasted like they were from days ago).
Never go to that place, look for another branch.

La primera vez ordene para llevar a vasa y no me pusieron unas papas qué ya había pagado y en esta segunda Y ULTIMA OCASIÓN cheque que si estuvieran pero al llegar a la casa y comenzar a comer vi que me faltaban 4 alitas. Horrible el servicio (además las papas todas secas y como de días atras)

This is the second time I eat here and get food poisoning. It’s only at this location where I end up violently sick.
Bad service always forgetting something
First o went to pick up my order and I asked for a side of blue cheese and they wanted to charge me. Don’t they make enough from the wings already?! Second the bag was dripping in grease just off wings. Thirdly I get home and the shorted me a wing from my ten piece. Bad all around.
Taste like food coloring and vinegar mixed together 👎 just horrible taste 🤢couldn’t pass the bite I took how bad the taste was inside restaurant there’s big amount of flys 🪰 also ants 🐜 coming in thru window seals by drink area just paid and threw my food out after one bite. I was already disgusted for the restaurant itself
There were ants crawling everywhere, we sat there for 30+ mins waiting on an order of wings to go, after a while we asked for an update on the order and the worker said they "forgot to call it out" by the time we got the food it was no longer fresh. all the workers looked super unprofessional in the kitchen as well
I'm so happy a Wingstop went in here! They never disappoint, and those cajun seasoned fries are bomb!!!
Edit: It's so unfortunate that I'm having to edit them down to a 1 star. I don't know who's in charge there, but they cannot run a business. Always ridiculous wait times. I've now had 4 DoorDash pick-ups where they said it would be a 20-25 minute wait time. That's absolutely absurd!
2nd edit: Upgrading to 3 stars. I gave them another chance a few weeks ago, and went again tonight. Both times, the service has been great. They must be under different management. The food has always been good, but the service has come a long way!
