Embarrassing service. Ordered online for the NFC championship an hour and a half in advance. Upon arrival for pickup, they told to wait, no time given. Then revealed they didn’t even have the order in their system. Had to start from scratch and I got my food 35 minutes later. Was never offered any discounts or anything to barter with their mistakes.
The Best Shout out to the manager tonite or the owner I messed up my fone order and i ordered boneless she hooked it up and fixed it at the register Boss Mexican Lady
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has ordered from this location that has had issues here. I ordered for pick up time given was 16-21 minutes, but I already know they are usually running behind. So I didn't even leave my house until 30 minutes after I ordered. Our drive is only 5 minutes and even after the extra time given our order wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. It wasn't that they were short staffed either because there were plenty of workers in the back. And even after 30 extra minutes, somehow, our order didn't come out extra crispy as I requested. Talking to the manager here is also a waste of time she is rude and inconsiderate.
Tried placing an online order with multiple cards at 11:15 pm (they close at midnight) and all weee declining as if they turned off their online ordering. I tried calling and they sent me to their hold line for 15 minutes with no answer. I would’ve had my food before midnight if you guys just answered, this is not good customer service.

Every time I try to come here I call my order ahead but I always end up on hold for 15 minutes or longer and when I walk in still on hold they get mad at me I'm sorry but if I'm spending money here I expect to be welcomed not talked to like I'm dumb expectually not by the MANAGER!!!! This might have been my last trip to this wing stop (they have 10 employees in the building 5 are working while the other just stand there looking lost the manager included)
The cashier/clerk is extremely rude. He did not greet, was extremely hard to understand, and got annoyed ask again so could clarify. Once the order was placed it took approx 45 mins to receive our order; keep in mind there was only two customers early morning. Even though what we experienced, we still wished the cashier/clerk a Merry Christmas, but our dismay, the cashier/clerk walked away. Several of my family members mentioned bad things about this place, now I understand their sentiment towards this establishment. Do yourself a favor, go spend your hard earned money in a establishment that respects and acknowledges you. I would like to give the food a higher rating, but the overall experience did not allow me to enjoy my food. The establishment Owner - You need to clean house and start over and hire personable staff. I thought this was a one off incident, but by reading other reviews, this is a common sentiment and pattern. I hope you all take the necessary steps to address the customer's concerns.
Called about three times no pick up . So I went into the store , three teens sitting around on their cell phones .
