They take forever to answer the phone it’s horrible

This location is so damn horrible…. From many years I haven’t received a single pickup or delivery order on time plus they don’t answer the phone mostly. That’s just ridiculous. I always get my wing and fries soggy AF. Food taste is great tho

Food wasnt ready on time. The ranch was bitter indont know if it was expired or if they changed the recipe. I tried calling them to let them know but they didint even answer their phone.

This is most definitely my fave wingstop location! They always make their wings super saucy & fries are perfectly crispy. We prefer this location over the brentwood one

I went today The food was good , The service was pretty bad :( The place wasn’t that clean but pretty clean the tables were kinda dirty The emo lady mean mean !

Im a Wingstop regular, I visit at least 2-3 a week. This is one of the most disorganized Wingstops I've ever entered, and I've regulared the one in Brentwood (it's almost as bad) . The manager isn't present, orders can take up to an hour or MORE. Employees are all clearly undertrained and can even be seen without masks. Avoid this one like the plague. The extra miles to Century Blvd Wingstop is worth it. It's a real shame. UPDATE: The chicken I received was quite undercooked and the batch of Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parm I ordered were just plain wings. Avoid ⚠️

Every single time I go here my food is never ready. It says 20-30 mins. Every time it takes an hour!
