Wing Wah Chinese Restaurant Coventry

Very rude staff on entrance as we were 4 adults and 1 child. One adult was not going to eat at all and the child was going to pick a few bits off our plate as she doesn't eat a lot of food. They tried to charge us for 4 adults and 1 child despite explaining the adult isn't eating and we don't need to pay for the child as she won't eat hardly anything. Staff then tried to say the child and adult must sit by the bar and cannot enter the buffet area. We obviously said no we want to sit together so this then led to them making us sit in the middle table right by the food watching us constantly to make sure the adult who wasn't eating WASN'T EATING. Very rude and disgusting service especially for the charge per person. Will not be returning. No privacy at all and no happy smiles either.

Nice food, not so many choices, poor cleaning in toilets, short on staff. Probably not coming back and deffo not worth the £75 we spend.

The place is filthy, food quality is beyond poor and the staff are about as useful as a bucket with a holes in. Had drinks order delivered wrong 5 times! Burton one is far better

It is one of our favourite places for Chinese in the East Midlands. They are very good for the prices, plenty of options which we enjoy. It can get quite busy and crowded (loud if there are kids involved). Overall, the staff are nice, polite. It's a good experience and they also have great deals if you want to celebrate birthday party or other events, they accommodate that too. In my opinion, brilliant
