Wing Snob

If you like hot, this is not your place. The flavor is really good, but the heat is way low. The mac and cheese is very good, but the pop station had some not available. Unfortunately I like hot, but like I said, the flavor is good.

I've had better.

5-10 minutes turns into 30-40 real quick which is weird because I was the only one in there.

I visited this location for lunch, so glad I did! Friendly customer service and food was delicious! I would definitely recommend the garlic parm wings sooo good, and nice presentation!

First time. Little expensive...but have to admit the food was good. I got the chicken tenders.. Worth the wait. Only thing i did not like was their terriayaki sauce. Next is BBQ sauce..

Have been getting Wing Snob from multiple locations for years. Used to live near the original location in Livonia and after it opened I was a Wing Snob loyalist when I wanted wings. This location has gotten worse and worse everytime I've ordered. Ordered online for delivery and got a wings meal with Mac and cheese and a drink, cornbread, and then some fries. The wings were the worst sauced wings I've ever gotten from any location. The Mac and cheese was just pasty it seemed like someone put the noodles in a blender because none of them were the same size or shape and were just small strands and chunks. Cornbread was different. Wing Snob cornbread is the best, but I'm not sure what happened here. It was flat and dense and dry. It lacked the usual flavor of the cornbread. The fries were the only good part of the meal. They forgot my drink and there is nowhere to inform them of it without calling the restaurant. They use doordash to deliver orders but neither website let's you mark missed items for a refund, I'm not calling for a $1.25 drink. Overall just steer clear of this location. This is the fourth time I've gotten it and will be the last. There are other locations close enough to order from, this one sucks.

Literally any other wingsnob around is better than this place

The energy was amazing idk the person name that took our order but she was vibrant and I appreciate great customer service especially in this busy setting. Will be back!

Thank You! Everytime I eat here the food is excellent! Try the Boneless Lemon Pepper Wings, those are my favorite :). The chicken sandwhiches are really good too!

STOLE MY MONEY. Took over 45 minutes for 6 piece wings and fries that I never got. Every time I asked about my food another 10 minutes was added on because they waiting for wings. 45 minutes for 6 wings?? I asked for a refund and some big huge guy in the back had a whole lot of lip to be frying chicken for a living. Just RUDE. I asked for a refund and was told no!! Made me late for work no food or no refund. $18 worth of food I never received. Didn't even give me the cup I paid for so that I can get the drink that I paid for. I had to write corporate and contact my bank.

Was told it was a 20 minute wait for food after I paid for my food. Then preceded to wait almost an hour.the best thing was the sandwiches we ordered. The loaded fries we got were barely room temperature when just given to us. I will do not recommend going here unless you have all day for something that should be simple to make.

Yeah right, having the audacity to use the word "snob" and some slogan that references you guys have the right to be with how great your wings are. These wings are trash! These wings are in no way anything to brag on; again they are TRASH! Should be called wing TRASH as the wings are for a 3rd and final time, TRASH!!! Well at least I had decent service waiting on my TRASH (Oops I said it again) wings. Don't know if they are prefrozen or just grade F wings, but "yall ain't tricking me".... You know what those wings are, need I say it again?
