Tried , tested and true. A Windsor institution. Located at the corner of a busy intersection the penalty box serves up a variety of tasty choices with the gold standard being the chicken delight. Haven’t visited in years but not much has changed. Seated quickly and with above average service from our server.

The best place in Windsor. The service is great, the food is delicious and the price is nice. They have different soups of the day that are always good to try.
