Winans Coffee & Chocolate

The Winans location in Maineville is my favorite place to buy coffee. The staff is welcoming and it is a pleasure to do business with them. However, with Corporate's new rules, we are getting the short end of the stick. Did you know that the gift card you buy for yourself isn't linked to your telephone number, so you lose points? Did you know that you MUST remember to give the staff your phone number BEFORE you give your order, or you lose points? So, when you roll in to buy your morning coffee, all bleary-eyed and planning for your day, you have to also remember to give your phone number first. The staff is not to be blamed for this, given the constant changes corporate makes. I will continue to support the franchisees here in Maineville because they are only trying to keep up with the ever-present changes and they are good people. I just want Corporate to know that you stink! Those five stars are for the franchisees.
