Willow Tree Family Farm

We had an amazing day at the farm, we booked the Meerkat experience and were not disappointed, it was fantastic and Tim our host was so friendly and knowledgeable, which made it more enjoyable. The experience was great value and included entry to the farm and a scone and drink, absolute bargain. All the staff we encountered through the day were extremely helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back again and would recommend booking here to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Used to go there twice or third time, Staff Awful. disgraceful people.. don't get me started on the attitude, i went there like.. after pandemic, the place run down.. the animals are miserable, never will want to go to that place again. I used to love animals. but after seeing animals so miserable it doesn't want me to go there EVER again. i hope the owners are happy for their money grab. not to mention the smell, they claim they clean the place and the animals.. complete lies. it smells worse than a zoo and its a farm for Christ sake. do a good job and don't come here again. Would rate this place 0/10.

Had a great walk with the alpacas, staff were all friendly, out guide was pleasant and knowledgable and a scone and hot chocolate afterwards were great. For the price paid it was certainly a 5* visit.

We had our first visit yesterday for an Alpaca experience. We loved it and will definitely return. Staff (Tim) did a fabulous job, super friendly, helpful and informative. We learned lots about Alpacas! Crystal and Fifi were great! My daughter felt truly blessed when Crystal sneezed on her ha ha

Most amazing farm!! So worth the money! All the staff are amazingly polite and Tracy went above and beyond giving us plenty information about the reptiles. Made 3 adults extremely happy will definitely be returning!!

Cows and donkeys looked absolutely depressed and not looked after well. Not much to see, me and three other adults and child left within 60 minutes of arriving. Meerkats and alpacas looked like the only animals cared for there. Birds were in small cages and looked bored. Also looked like there was only one guinea pig which is quite sad.

We had a great day out, volunteering at Willow Tree Farm yesterday. Hugo (hope I have the name right) was very informative and his knowledge was second to non. He made our day a great experience and he couldn't have done any more. We saw the majority of animals, helped prepare the food, bottle fed the lambs, did some mucking out and walked the lama's. Thank you so much for the experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our day out with the family here. Great range of animals, staff/volunteers are so lovely and clearly love the animals they look after. The alpaca and meerkat experiences were great, and would love to try the baby sheep milking experience.
