We serve beer exclusively made in Colorado (most of our taps feature beer brewed within 20 miles of the pub), spirits crafted in Colorado, and whiskey from all over the world. Our menu is what you might call bacon-centric. We hand-cut thick slices of applewood smoked bacon and use it liberally on nearly everything. Wish you had more bacon? No problem, you can add bacon to everything on the menu. Including cocktails! If you aren't a meat-eater don't worry, we've still got you covered. We have several vegetarian and vegan options. Including our vegetarian red-bean chili made from scratch using an old family recipe.
