This is the Medusa Brewing Company sour project and craft kitchen - so kind of an outpost? Either way, it's not their big brewery (I dont think it is?), but they do age their beers behind the bar and you really need to stop here for bunch when they start serving their beers! The breakfast was spectacular, and the foeder aged beers like the "Raspberry Old Confustable" absolutely hit the spot. The runner up, and tie for our favorite beer here was the "Barrel Aged Grape Compromise."
Great food and atmosphere. It was a very busy Saturday morning with excellent attention to detail, service was good. Food and drinks were excellent. Parking: Parking back side of the building. Busy Saturday so very few spots.
Great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It has a nice coffee shop vibe but the quality of the food makes you feel like you're in a fancy restaurant. Their beer selection (brewed by Medusa) is phenomenal - it's so different yet sooo good! My partner and I LOVE this place, and it's his favorite restaurant in Hudson :)
We’re back with full stomachs and big smiles. Music playing: 10/10. Cornbread: 20/10. Lee is a sweet angel. Keep her forever.
Cool vibe and the brunch food was next level .
The food here is delicious; a truly gourmet experience. Rabbit with creamy polenta, roast chicken with mushroom and sourdough spaetzle - all with bags of flavor. The service was amazing. Our server was very low key and nice, not in our face but totally on it. The food was brought out from the kitchen hot and with a smile. The beer was very unusual and tasty. I really like the ones that had sauvignon blanc grapes in it - had a subtle muscat flavor that went great with the Belgian base. The environment is spacious and relaxed. We were there on a Thursday - not sure what it's like on the weekends. The only thing I didn't like was that they've been serving dinner for 1.5 years and I didn't know about them until now! We'll be back as frequently as we can manage.
Delicious food using great ingredients and friendly, fast service.
I love Medusa’s beer, so went here for dinner. Food was creative but the 3 dishes we tried were mediocre, though the corn bread was amazing. I got a flight of beers, and it was first time I ever have not finished a flight - left beer in 3 of the 4 glasses. They are trying some interesting things with beer and they just didn’t work for me. Service was excellent and the space was roomy and nice.
We were driving through the area for a soccer tournament and happened upon this restaurant for breakfast. The atmosphere and food for our family of four was perfect. I got mushroom toast and a pumpkin spice oat milk latte and they were absolutely delicious!! The chocolate chip cookie was also one of the best I’ve ever had… and the kids wholeheartedly agreed. Vegetarian options: The mushroom toast is a delicious and filling vegetarian option!
