This location is great! They have such a wonderful cigar selection, a chill lounge and Chris is just a breath of fresh air! He asked me what type of cigar I’m looking for and gave me awesome recommendations. He then invited me to check out their lounge, which is a great place to wind down after a long day and enjoy my cigar! I also got signed up for the rewards program and got some crazy deals coming my way! Thank you Chris!

Everytime I come into this location (10 and Kelly ) every employee is always so kind and willing to help the knowledge they have is incredible . I think my favorite employees there would have to be Johnai , Kayonna and Chris but everyone there is great . Thanks for always making my experience smooth and enjoyable !

Kayonna is the best she was extremely helpful and the staff was really friendly. I recommend this place ten out of ten !!!!!!

This place is fishy, I ride a motorcycle daily and wear my helmet. I’ve been in here 100 times while wearing my helmet never had a problem, today I go and walk to the counter with what I’m purchasing and was told he couldn’t see my face, I’m confused because my visor was up. How about you have your employees tell customers that walk in with a helmet on that helmets are not allowed. Needless to say I’m never going back there again.

This Bills Location will be my go to spot from now on. Ammie helped me find a grey new snoopy vape. Really appreciate the help and the kindness of the staff!!!

Stopped by on my way home from work today for some cigars and manager Chris was extremely helpful in determining what we wanted.

Great service and selection. I work at 7-eleven across the street and go there daily. I'm friends and first name basis with most all the staff, and actually it is one of the highlights of my day going there after work and being greeted by everyone and treated like just one of the gang. That kind of customer service would be welcome at 7-Eleven unfortunately we do not get the training or compassion from corporate to be able to have that kind of rapport with our regular consumers. Great Job. And everyone there is friendly well trained and knowledgeable about the products offered.

99% of people there are amazing. Only 1 person there, Chris, had ever been rude. The first time, even though he could see under my number that I had just bought a certain vape, he decided I needed to be reprimanded for losing my receipt. Today I went in to discuss being over charged last week and instead of fixing it and calling the other store himself, he decided to explain inventory to me like I was a child and to tell me to go there. Why? Thanks for mansplaining inventory to me, but as a former store manager, all it takes is a phone call. I don't believe Chris had ever treated me as anything other than condescending in the years that I have been going to Wild Bills. I will never return to his store again if he is there.
