Wienerschnitzel

Food is always good and up to Wienerschnitzel standard...but be prepared to wait for it there's more than one other car in the drive thru line. I have to plan an extra 25 minutes for the drive thru every time I go here, no matter what time of day it is. The last 4 times I've visited this location, my wait from entering the drive thru until checkout has been a minimum of 18 minutes - I know this because I wanted an activity and started timing it after the first 2 times it happened. Luckily I really like the chicago hot dog and it's the only place around here to get one that satisfies the craving. The staff has always been apologetic and friendly when I've finally gotten to the window...but bring a book or something for the wait time. Vegetarian options: All the regular hot dogs can be substituted for a field roast veggie dog, save for the chili dog which can still be substituted, but the chili is not vegetarian.

Why has the delivery fee increased to a whopping $13.49 on Door Dash? This is unnecessary and ripping people off! This is the reason Door Dashers do not receive a tip. It's not fair to them that you're hiking prices. You just lost a sale!

Something has changed in the chili. It no longer has the same texture. Meat seems like hard bit in sauce. Been a fan all my life. But Im disappointed every time for the last 6 months or so.
