Guy, that was working the drive thru has ZERO customer service. He took my order and then didn't acknowledge anything for about 2 minutes. Then he said I could drive up. He took my card and ran it, gave it back to me, then closed the window w/o saying a word. Then he opened the window w/o looking at me while dangling my food out the window while talking to someone inside (a coworker) hoping I see and grab the food (good thing I was paying attention) otherwise I bet he would've dropped it on the ground and the way his service was going i dont think he'd gaf. It's very rude and awkward customer service. He should go work somewhere else that suits his working attention.
I have "morning-after" regret from eating white castle while binge drinking.
I'm gonna do it again tonight.
This is directly to your night crew on Saturday, September 28th around 10PM.
The drive thru speaker was working completely fine but this crew decided it was better to take orders one by one AT the window while taking their sweet time with several cars in line.
Instead of taking additional orders through the speaker while the car at the window waited for their orders this crew just waited for the window order to finish, then asked the next car to come up to the window to order. I waited literally 25 minutes at the drive thru menu before they even spoke to me (was stuck between cars). They announced through the speaker for me to drive up to the window (clearly the speaker was working fine!) Once there they took my order and I watched 3 crew members laugh, and stand in a circle not doing a thing while another was actually making the actual burgers. It took another 5 minutes just for my drink while they were doing nothing.
I was lucky there was a short line when I got there and got my food after 30+ minutes. Anyone else behind me probably waited an hour+ for their order.
You need a new night manager and crew.
The food was cold the chessy totes were burnt and my bags of food were crunched up and tied shut .Ya it was a bad visit.

Was told to hold on 3 times at the order then took forever for our food too.
I ordered online and then got caught up in the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting for all the other orders to get out, my food was all ready when I got to the window but it had sat long enough to get cold 🥶 which was a bummer. Could be my fault for ordering online first
It's a White Castle. Super fast drive thru. So good.
