Self-service ordering machines and an unmanned front counter means it can be hard to get ahold of a staff member.

Drive-thru for lunch, #1 combo, easy order. Price at window different than what was said at speaker (corrected, but still…). Get to destination to eat, open bag - no napkins, no ketchup, Lemonade taste is “off”. Everything is expensive including you. Do better, please.
