Food is good, WHEN THEY ACTUALLY GET YOUR ORDER CORRECT. Past 2 times they’ve had remake something in the order.

Waited over an hour for a “fast food” burger. Not sure what is going on at this location but I don’t think I’ll be back. I wish we told about the extra long wait before they got our money we got stuck in line. Terrible experience. Just tried again hoping service had improved. Same as before. I’m done with this whataburger. No where near the wait at In & Out. Sad. Whataburger was a great place but not so much these days. I had similar experience at the other one across town.

We have gone here multiple times and every time it’s slow, food is never correct or warm and customer service is lacking

Waited 10 mins at curbside, had to go in, still wasn't ready. No apology, no thank. Definitely never coming back. Ridiculous.
