Whataburger

Bun was too soft and mushy. Fries were soft and mushy. Shake was bland. 1st real bad experience with the food.

Food was great and fresh! It took almost 30 mins to get our food. It's a burger joint even cooking food to order it shouldn't take that long.

Terrible customer service I was told I didn’t have my points redeemed so I went and redeemed them for both the burgers I ordered and another lady came to the window and said I didn’t have enough even though I just redeemed both and then I proceeded to go inside ask for a manager after and 1 hour later still NO manager!! Stay away from this place

First time trying their breakfast and it was delicious. We ate in the restaurant and service was wonderful. I like the ketchup and sauce options that staff bring to your table. It's near Harborwalk Village, so it was really convenient.

Mold on burgers. Had a huge order almost $200 they only refunded me $40. They didn’t even put cheese on the double cheeseburger! Fries were cold and soggy. I would have been better ordering off the dollar menu at McDonald’s.

We visited Whataburger in Destin to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday, and it was truly an incredible experience from the moment we walked in! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. When my daughter announced it was her birthday, the manager, Teressa, went out of her way to get a candle and a gift for her. I was moved to tears by such a kind gesture from a complete stranger—especially knowing she must see so many celebrations in that busy location. Teressa is an angel, and we need more people like her in the world because if we did, the world would be a much better place. There are truly no words to express how grateful we are for this beautiful act of kindness. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so special💚😍 1000/10

Whataburger is always dependable. The staff was incredibly friendly. The dining room was in need of attention, but to be fair they were clearly very busy.

New taste for us.. Being a midwesterner.. not bad.. but not that good.. but better than mcdonalds for sure... but the parking is full.. and dont know where to park.

Chicken sandwhich wasn’t fully cooked. The chicken was raw.
