Not good

Worst customer service, we were trying to order through the drive thru and we were there for 5-10min trying to order and no one answered us. We drove up to the window and there was no one most of the employees were in the lobby just sitting down doing nothing and this was like around 12:30pm and it’s a 24hr restaurant. Never waisting my time on going to that location.✌️

I love Whataburger. Foods always good and the service is fairly quick with nice staff. Prices have gone slightly up, and theres hardly anything that would count as a decent kids meal. Also no value meal...but if that's what keeps it serving good food, that's ok.

Food was fine but it took a while to come out, and I Witnessed a manager yell at someone who needed to use the restroom because she was going to clean it. Why was it such an issue if you were going to clean it anyway? If the staff is so quick to have attitude with people I doubt i’ll be making a return trip. Very unprofessional.
