Sandwiches were delicious.
I was craving a banh mi sandwich and stumbled upon what the pho. Not good. the cucumbers are huge as well as the Julianne carrots and no jalapeños the meat is very salty. Now I know where not to go.
worst pho I have ever have, there is a reason why there is no people lining up in here
Disappointing Dining Experience at What the Pho in Bellevue Mall I recently dined at What the Pho in Bellevue Mall and, unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. We ordered the steak/brisket pho, tofu veggie pho, and cafe Sua da. The brisket was tough, and the pho broth tasted like instant package pho broth from a grocery store. The veggie broth was lackluster, resembling water more than a flavorful broth. The cafe Sua da did not live up to Vietnamese coffee standards. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of noodles in the broth. Despite paying almost $50 for lunch, we only managed to finish half of it. This being my first visit, I cannot recommend What the Pho based on this experience. The overall quality and value for money were disappointingly below expectations.
Went for Lunch while visiting from New York and staying in Hyatt Regency couple blocks from there. The Pho was average. The guy at the counter was kind a rude, loud and condescending. Not sure if he has problem with certain kind of people or race? Maybe just his personality. My first and last time!
Good but spendy. Great people working.
Wow, definitely the worst pho i’ve ever had. Worst food I’ve had all year too. The noodles were gummy, the broth sucked, and i got food poisoning LOL. Having me pay $20 for a small bowl that had me on the toilet for days was not cool.
