Bad management, burned pretzels & bad icee drink with no flavor. I got humiliated and laughed out!! Supposedly burned pretzels is how people love them and I guess I lost my taste. Seriously we need wetZels pretzels out of Visalia mall.

Pretzels 🥨 were burnt on the bottom and the service was awful .. Sorry but if you're going to deal with customers maybe leave the attitude at home .. My husband and I won't be going back ...
