I was with friends last night to have fun. The atmosphere is wonderful, we always go there. Then one of my friends decided to have a snack….after that everything was stressful. the attendant named Holly, super rude, charged for a sandwich that never arrived. After 35 minutes we went to ask for snacks, first of all she was extremely rude. Then she was stupid saying bad words. we asked to speak to the manager and she told us that the place had no manager and again offended my friend. so we looked for the customer service front who took us to the manager. We received this well. the money was refunded. But I want to make it clear that the “attendant” named Holly ruined our night.

I stopped going to this place years ago, but I was told I should leave a review. The overservice at this place is so absurd. The greatest example was this guy dressed and smelling like he was proud of being white-trash and talks with the most obviously fake southern accent I've ever heard, stumbling around this place and up to the bar getting served several shots of tequila in under a minute. I asked the the girl working the front-door why he's never cut off. She told me she had heard the owner and manager constantly talking and laughing about the fact that he should have been 86d many times but he just spent too much money there. You have to wonder how this guy never got arrested many many times because WestValleyPD has a small army of cops waiting outside waiting for drunk drivers. I don't know this for a fact, but I would be willing to place a very large wager that this establishment bribes WVPD to leave their regulars alone. It's the only way.

Some of the most rude staff I have ever encountered. I have never been treated so poorly by other human beings in my life. Super disappointed in this establishment and I will not be giving them a dime after seeing how they treat people.
