Wenzel`s the Bakers

I recently used Too Good to Go for Wenzels in Enfield. Never again. Bear in mind your paying for the food. Staff seem a little rude. Not sure why they can't smile. The lady serving needs training on customer service. You are treated like cattle and made to feel like you should be grateful for being served. The food was gone off. Like it should have been thrown away 2 days ago. I've eaten dougnuts from Wenzels over a 3 day period and they never tasted as bad as my recent purchase. Tuna baguette was also gone off. The whole experience has put me off Wenzels completely. I can understand all the 1 star reviews.

I normally love wenzels, but this branch in Enfield town is horrible. Lack of service and staff, so many people and a lack of items in this store as well. Staff are also unhelpful and took very long to wait. Just go to Greggs, Costa or Starbucks instead. Won't recommend

Well ordered 10 items today and one meal deal turned up. When calling them lady said she will fix it 20 mins later called again. This time there was a different person on the line explained to them that spoke to the original person. They failed to cover the hand set thus was treated to her slagging me off. Lost £35 of foot on a £40 order. I don’t like Greg’s and Wenzels is generally better but I would never by food from here ever again.

Another terrible outlet. Orders left off from uber eats and then a redemption voucher offered at a lower value. Don't waste your time, they won't get it right. Shop elsewhere.

I've ordered a tuna baguette all I've seen inside lettuce and a piece of cucumber with lots of mayonnaise. Terrible service. Shame on dose who serves

Staff very nice loved it

I Ordered a steak bake and a sticky iced bun. The steak bake was fatty and the sticky bun was hard and tasted stale. I thought I would give this place a chance as greggs was packed. NEVER AGAIN!
