The employees here are really nice but are very slow. They got my order wrong three Times as I asked them to change it, wouldn’t come here again

Everyone that worked there that day was very respectful and courteous to me and my 2 friends. The place seemed very clean. I would definitely represent, and I will go there again. Parking: Many parking lots to choose from. Kid-friendliness: There were high chairs available. Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed big enough for a wheelchair to get around and the bathroom as well.
This is a good wendys. Nice interior. The service was super slow, but I wasn't in a rush. I placed a mobile order and clicked "I'm here" 2 minutes before I walked in to pick up food. Had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Then a couple more minutes to receive food. Would have been nice to have been given my drink to sip on while I waited...
Staff was extremely nice and friendly! I come after work sometimes and i'm always blown away by the great service, which is hard to come by these days. I hope the employees here are appreciated for their work!
Update: last time we were there-there were a lot of issues with the order--one is that it looked like they stuck their fingers in my potato. I'm never going here again. Most of the time, our order is accurate. My wife has a lot of allergies which requires ordering things not on the sandwiches so it's a relief that they get this right most of the time. Sometimes staff seems pretty angry, especially managers. I brought in a receipt because I had done a survey and the manager was cashiering and said, "Oh goody, you did our survey." It was in that forced polite/bit sarcastic tone. If you hate dealing with coupons, that's fine but don't say stuff to make people feel bad about it. I ordered both of the spicy chicken sandwiches plain. When they came out with stuff on them, I asked for them to be redone. The cook was fine with it, asked if it needed to be remade entirely or just new top bun. Said we needed new sandwiches because of allergies. Manager gave such a scathing look. As well as another reviewer on here, I have been in when another manager has been yelling at staff. Be nice to people. They don't get paid enough to deal with the purgatory that is fast food customer service.
