Went through drive thru to order food sat there a good 10mins waiting for someone to answer finally drove to window to get order the woman gave use bad attitude and told us that she could not take order through window that that we had to drive back around to get order the woman are order had bad attitude as well while taking then had to wait on food and when we receive the food the fries cold and old and burger was not warm either

Fastest friendliest Wendy's I've been through. Excellent customer service and friendly, "how's your day?", kind of staff

Asked for no ketchup on burger... there's ketchup on it! Asked for no salted fries... they were salty and lukewarm at best... yet these sad employees want 15.00 an hour and prove that they are completely incapable of getting a drive thru order right when not even busy.

It's ok, service is hit or miss, you hear a lot of employees complaining a lot while waiting, but the food is typically good
