Rude staff. And they gave me raw bacon on the breakfast burrito.

SERVICE WAS NOT GREAT AT THIS LOCATION!! I ordered breakfast for my sister and I through the app and I believe there was a glitch or something? I couldn’t add the bacon ((regular amount NOT EXTRA)) and the cream cheese to the Cinnabons pull apart. So I went to the drive thru and asked them if it was too late to add those things because the app wouldn’t allow me to do it. She said no and then I pulled up to the window. The employee said that it was going to be an extra charge for the bacon… I said okay, but then I thought to myself, why am I going to be charged for bacon if it’s the BACONATOR BREAKFAST SANDWICH, shouldn’t it already come with bacon?? So I did tell her that, and she said the app should’ve given you the option to add the bacon and I told her that it didn’t and I was willing to show her the app. She said that she will allow it this one time and to move forward. And they also forgot my sauces.. will not be going to this Wendy’s location, DID NOT LIKE the way I was spoken to. I rather drive 15 minutes to a Wendy’s than 3 minutes to this one. Thanks.

I've frequented this place, most times pretty solid. Last time got 4 meals and they forgot 2 fries and 2 chicken nuggets... But had 4 sauces and 4 burgers and 4 drinks... Just an off day?

Food was fast and fresh, little light on salt. Clean. Seating area is small only 6 or 7 tables

Depending on what time or shift you order your food determines its quality or if you'll even get your entire correct order. Grubhub is super hit or miss when ordering from this resturant as well.

WENDYS IN VILLA PARK ON NORTH AVE!! COUNT YOUR DAYS. You’ll be closed just like the White Castle over there if you don’t stop with your horrible customer service. I went on my lunch break for some food. My co worker only had cash and I had a card so I had to place 2 separate orders to give her the change . I pulled up I say hello I have 2 separate orders. The lady speaking had to get another worker bc she didn’t understand what I was saying. If you barely speak the language here which is English maybe you should learn first before trying to work anywhere let alone taking orders at a fast food restaurant. Anywho, they literally made me place one order get the food and drive around and make my 2nd order. Which is rude it’s insane time consuming and pointless. I’ll never go back and shame on management for not stepping in on this. Also like a hour after I ate my food I’ve become very sick to my stomach. I feel like I’m gonna vomit . DONT COMRE HERE!!!!!
