Wendy's

Went through the drive-thru for a taco salad got to the front paid for it to only find out they don't have any chips told them I wanted a refund because I came for taco salad The manager that was working told me that their district manager does not give refunds I told her she better call her because I should have been told before I payed for it that there wasn't any chips they asked me to wait on the side I did low and behold She finds chips.....

Never go to this Wendy's! The service sucked and the food had to have been under the heat lamp for three hours it was so hard and dried out. When I said something to them about it they looked at me like I was crazy and didn't do anything about it. If I could I would give zero stars

Todays visit was very well constructed and highly favored towards Constance Hawkins and her excellent customer service
