Great sandwich but could have been better
Terrible location! Got my order wrong. Went back just for them to do it wrong again! Ordered nuggets for my kid and was given spicy that he wont eat. I ordered regular but they were out. If the location didnt have it the mobil order system shouldnt let you even place the order...
This place is very clean and the food is always good. They get your orders correct and are helpful, friendly and compassionate toward disabled people, which I am, I may live 15 minutes away from this Wendy's but it's always worth the drive. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: It's easily accessible for wheelchairs.
Refusing service at 10pm saying they are closing soon and short staffed when you can clearly see about 6 people standing around in their phones
Everytime I come to this Wendy's, the frosty machine is down! And I really like Wendys, however, they either need a new machine or new employees.
This was the WORST experience I think that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. It was slow when I pulled up, only 1 other car there. They had asked the other car to pull ahead before I pulled up. I got my drinks and they asked me to pull up to the first parking spot. After 20 minutes of waiting, I pulled back up to the pick up window which was packed now. I had to get out of my car and walk up to the window to get their attention and get them to make my food. The staff never apologized and made comments under their breath. There was another guy standing waiting for food (also in the drive thru window) and when I told him, the lady got angry with me and asked me what I was saying. I finally got my food (now 30 min after) by a very nice gentleman which I would assume was the manager. Unfortunately, I didn't get all the things I paid for (just a 4 piece, but still. It was for my kid) and didn't get offered a refund or anything. At least the smashed sandwiches were hot.
Arrived to the location. Excited that the location advertises that it closes at 1am. Arrived at 12:47am. Plenty of time for a quick order. Waited at the drive through telecoms till 12:53. Pulled around and the staff was cleaning (which I understand). Asked to place an order to be told that they weren't taking anymore orders and were closed. Very disappointing that they advertised that they would be open but the staff closed early. Not a good sign for business.
Bottom line...it took them over 45 minutes to prepare my food from the app. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Also, I was ripped off from the app a couple of weeks ago, charged my account, ordered it, and did not go through. I'm so done with Wendy's
