My chicken sandwich was dry, and fries were not fresh. My strawberry lemonade was delicious. Overall, please do better with putting out fresh food.

First off if I could give zero stars you can bet I would, I just left this place and first thing if your gonna have someone speaking into the mic for the drive thru make sure they can actually talk and not whisper and able to speak clearly. Second I’ve worked at one of these places before and it isn’t that hard to go through and make a CASH transition into a card transaction so there’s no reason I didn’t get my card right there and then, then for I’m guessing the manager to come out after me and my friends were being a little bit loud questioning why we didn’t get our card right there and then and for her to come out and practically scream at us is ridiculous I have to say the only person that was good in that place that I seen is the young man that brought out our food out. Wendy’s pick better management and better workers thank you.

Wednesday, January 2nd 2024 11:55pm Closed an hour early, the app still allowed you to place orders. Website, and Google said they close at 1am. Please update your hours, I get if you have an employee shortage, but with the technology we have, it shouldn't be that difficult.

Service was great food was hot I was in and out. The store was very clean . I'll be going back real soon. Alot better atmosphere than the store located at telegraph and Van Born, they really need to work on their attitudes and service.

Got a gift card & a Frosty tag. Friendly staff, helpful. Not sure about their app, its gotten bad reviews.
