Wendy's

Had a good experience with customer service and food. The staff were nice and the food was fast and fresh. Thanks!

这是一家位于温哥华机场内的餐厅，地点位于登机的必经之路，是非常好的商业位置。但作为Wendy’s的忠实客户，我不得不说这是我见过的服务最差的Wendy's,给我们点餐的那个叫Gina的服务员对待顾客的态度非常没有礼貌，而且可以让人感觉到种族歧视，在加拿大有这样的人为你服务真是太糟糕了，这家Wendy’s我再也不会去了。

rubbish was flying to london to move had dinner here it was so bad the manager didnt speak engilsh ended up ordering in french and they got my food wrong gave me chicen strips intead of a burger and when i asked for more ketchup they told me to leave no refund hope this place gets shut of fines DONT EAT HERE

The cashier left the counter for more than 15 minutes, and when customers checked where she was she was there seating and chatting not even looking at the long line of customers. I ordered a combo (chicken strip w/fries and drink) but i only received the strip. When I told her i order a combo she rudely said YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR A COMBO, rather than wasting my time talking to her i just agreed to pay more for what i originally order (fries and drink). She does not wear any name tag

My daughter got food poisoning after she ate putine here yesterday. It was a scary experience when she vomited all night last night.

Worst customer service ever. Order took forever to come and then they don’t even bother to say thank you or ask if you need anything else. When asked politely for an extra mayo the cashier gave the worst reaction and anger filled gaze. Then started arguing with the customer. What an absolute nightmare for customer service. Will never be going to a Wendy’s again.
