Wendy's

Stopped here to grab something quick to eat around 3pm. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and am told "drive thru is closed we aren't taking orders" thought to myself that's kinda wild, never heard of closing a drive thru. But figured ok I'll go in. Walked in the door and was greeted by a yelling argument between the employees which the manager completely lost control of. Were they busy? No maybe 6 customers. Watched the cashier ask for help and get none so she started fighting with the manager. Watched several customers ask for a refund. The manager then took probably about 15mins to figure out how to do a refund. Now keep in mind I had paid and have been waiting 45mins...no food just screaming and swearing between the employees. Finally the store manager shows up to try to handle the situation and I'm given my food. My food is cold by this point and has taken nearly an hour. But we're not finished. I get out to my car and surprise the food is wrong and I'm missing a 6 piece nugget. At this point I just left rather than head back into the circus they had going on.

I’m speechless

They don’t even deserve a 1 star! This place is the most ghetto Wendy’s I’ve been to. I was with my kids and from the minute we walked in the workers were arguing and cursing at each other. I ordered our food and they messed up on one of my orders. I went back up to ask what came in a double stacker. I showed that the burger was wrong and the cook started an argument with the cashier because I said he made it wrong. Suppose to come with 2 patties I was given just 1 patty! I then asked for a refund! That also started an argument between the cashier and manager on duty. Manager had no clue on how to do a return! Wouldn’t come here again! Although the cashier was unprofessional on how she handled the situation I can see she was overwhelmed and over worked. she asked for help no one would come out and help the poor girl! She was Not rude towards us customers.

While the restaurant could be beautiful with the fire place and set up, there was a huge bag of trash just sitting on the floor for the whole half hour we were there n when we left...there were French fries and food on the floor and tables. Idk what was going on because it wasnt busy at all, but for the area that people eat at, it should definitely be kept in better condition.

Plain dirty and disgusting and the managers are horrible no training don’t know how to speak to people.
