Rude employees and rude customers. Waited for over 10 minutes in the drive thru today for my order to get taken. Impatient driver behind me sped past and skip to the window so they ordered ahead of me. When I finally got someone to take my order tried to explain the situation to a so called “manager” and was met with “oh well i just got here so I don’t know anything about that” wow thanks for the help worst customer service ever.if she really was a manger I would think about demoting her.
This place messed up and gave me three chicken sandwiches with mayo on it when I ordered the BLTs so I paid for about 10 bucks of food and got 5 bucks of food -their manager was really understanding and told me I get a refund -I came back here and they didn't even act like this person's name was the thing- really really disappointing feeling when a place that serves food of this quality can't even get you what you actually paid for
When it comes to Wendy's and Raytown you never know what you're going to expect. Could be good or bad service, could be good food or could be bad food. Could only take you 5 minutes or could take you 20 minutes to go through drive-thru. But that frosty was on point though
Staff was very helpful. Restrooms very clean. The more I've gone back I've noticed problems. There is one particular woman who is extremely rude and she constantly locks the doors. One time she even felt it necessary to tell us not to open the door for anyone. I really don't understand why she locks the door . She has done it twice while we were eating at around 1 pm and there were only 4 of 5 cars in the drive thru, no one waiting inside. Meanwhile, the restaurant was turning people away. She did the same thing this past Friday January 12.
I've only visited this location once. Cobb chicken salad was fresh and delicious Fast service and the staff customized my order to my liking. I'd visit again.
