Slowest service in town. Waited 10 minutes and they were still cooking my sandwich. Cancelled order and got my money back.

The food is ok for fastfood nothing extravagant or greatly appealing but I'm edible when you on the go

Food was cold staff was rude and place was FILTHY

Went here for Dinner but they said they were out of all food cause Caseoh had just come in for a “light snack”

This place is filthy , the fountain drink machine is nasty. I wish I could post a picture so you can see for yourself.I myself am reporting it to the Greene county Health dept. This is gross.

I'm standing here as I write my complaint. It's a mess Im here in paragould Wendy's. I been waiting for my food for 30 Mins to get my cold food Got home the food was trash I paid over 36$ for my family. My so worked hard for his money and we been moving all day! That was the last thing I wanted to deal with also someone dropped the cup lids in the floor and put them back instead of the trash. And someone wiped his nose and continued to cook the fries. Wendy's Paragould needs new management and clean up crew . Who ever worked 12 /15/23 needs a wakeup call. I would love a refund but I know that's not going to happen but I am disappointed

When the employee finally came to take my order at the counter, she never bothered to take her AirPods out or even pause the music she was listening to. She barely even set her phone down long enough to take my order and I saw from the screen that the music was still playing. To say this person did the bare minimum would be an understatement. So obnoxiously unprofessional.

None of the tables in the dining room were clean. I went in to eat but ended up leaving and eating in my car.
