Love the chocolate chunk cookies

I would have given 5 stars, however, I feel they only help one person at a time. Place the order, get the food, call their name, then move onto the next person. I feel they could save more time by multitasking the orders. I will say, food is always hot, fresh, and good customer service.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, just for the customer service and the way the drive thru lady gave attitude. Idk how Wendy’s manages to hire the worst people for customer service! I decided to go to Wendy’s because I seen on their WEBSITE, they had a breakfast biggie bundle which is $3.00 on the website menu, when I asked about it at the drive thru the lady seemed to have no idea what it was and said they didn’t have that there. So confused as to how they don’t know what it is but ok anyways. McDonald’s breakfast might be ok, but their customer service is amazing !
