This Wendy's is consistently good with food and service. The new look is awesome! I wish they would have faced the wall fireplace towards the inside of the dining room but it still looks great and is clean!
If I have not already paid i would of just left. I agree with oth comment shut her down. Noone is really working in there or care.
Bro this is the worst run wendys I’ve ever seen I used to work at Wendy’s like a couple years ago I could’ve ran it better today myself very disappointing. First they took 45 minutes in the drive thru and there was 5 cars. Multiple people pulled over to go inside just to place there order. I order my food and then they take forever at the window just to hand me the wrong food. I had to hold up the line even longer for them to remake the order. Since they give me the wrong food they left out all the sauce I ordered. There was hair in my double and they made it wrong . This is completely a fail and a waste of time and money I would take on any challenge you may throw my way let me run the store for a day and I will fill out more orders than this store does in a week. It was a long wait. And my order was all wrong. Although the staff was nice.
Just skip past this fast food joint. There's better options that won't have workers making visible signals that they are annoyed with you. Options that won't have a worker making you feel uncomfortable by slamming the drink on the counter. The saddest part was this was the example that was set for my two year old son.
Afternoon manager is so rude. Its really a shame I love Wendys but I wont go back there. She needs to learn customer service skills.
