The worst customer service ever. Let alone no one speaks English except the rude cashier. He’s attitude is beyond nasty. Orders never accurate. What is America coming too
They gave my food to another customer, okay everybody make mistakes. I waited long time during they make my burger and that time french fries were on the counter, so I asked to the cashier I want potato and hamburger together and both are hot. He just my potato besides light. And of course, when my meal was ready, it was room temperature. Amazingly, nobody said "Sorry for waiting" or anything. They have never be told when you make mistake, you need to say sorry by your mama or teachers? Also, they charged cheese, but I didn't get it. Even I didn't complain it, I just never go back to this location.
Don't waste your time getting off the Hwy to stop and eat. The dining area is closed. Doors are locked. Only drive thru.
I just left this location with my boyfriend and when we left the drive thru, we realized we didn’t get one of the items on our order. We pulled back in and politely informed who I assume was the manager that we were missing our nuggets. She told us to pull around, made us wait for about 5 minutes, and came out and told us her employee said that everything was in the bag. We told her we wouldn’t have come back had everything been in the bag, but she just walked away and ignored us. We circled back around once more and asked for our food or a refund and magically, there was a fresh order of nuggets at the window. She called us liars straight to our faces and was very hostile and rude. I didn’t get her name but she was an older, miserable looking black lady with very short hair. This location sucks and that lady is the rudest service employee I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
When I was the manager here Wendy’s didn’t have these issues but they fired me and then brought all hispanics over I think ICE needs to do an investigation on the situation
