Customer service just isn’t what it used to be. In the drive through, they don’t look at you, they don’t say thank you or have a good day. They rush you and broom you on. They don’t add napkins in your bag either anymore.
I always get great service and fresh food. The Wendy's near my house is the complete opposite. Thank you!
Got our order wrong after a LENGTHY delay in drive-thru
YOUNG white Dude at the drive thru on 02/31/2020 around 8:15 pm must really hate his life. He takes my card and gives it back turns his back on me when I say thank you. When i told the girl who gave me my food she says ok then I'm sorry have a nice day but very sarcastically then slammed the window. I think she was mixed im not sure. Thats the Best way I could to describe her...sorry. These young people need more training. Not only that they gave me a junior fry with my meal instead of a small. Very bad experience. They need attitude adjustments. Update I give 1 star is for the female employee on the drive thru speaker 01/20/23 11:44 am. If extra rude was a person. She has a very bad attitude. Dont work with the public if you dont like people. Choose another career. She was very aggressive with her responses and wasn't helpful at all.
