Wendy's

The person at the drive thru was awesome. My dog wouldnt stop barking but instead of getting mad he just had a good time with my Lucy. He was saying Lucy just mad because she's hungry. He was very pleasant. I had the Cobb Salad with was excellent. It had a great amount of Lettuce, egg, cheese, tomatoes and bacon. It was so big I could only eat half of it. My husband had a #1 and he ate the whole thing. Great staff and great food. THANKS WENDYS LOCUST GROVE!! Dietary restrictions: Their salads fit right into my keto ways and for that I am thankful because a lot of place are doing away with salads. This will keep me coming back to Wendys!

Employees are friendly. However, I received improperly cooked food twice. I called to rectify the situation. No one answered the phone. Therefore, I reached out to corporate. Update: Ms. Angela, the general manager, reached out to me. She was extremely friendly and professional. She provided a remake of the full order. Recommend to go when she is on duty; which is daily til 6pm, and sometimes later. The food was fresh, cooked properly, and warm. Thanks Ms. Angela.

We stopped here while traveling and before we had read the reviews. Generally we find Wendy’s restaurants just “okay” in atmosphere, food, and service. We chose Wendy’s because our 65 lb Lab cannot eat anything with chicken in it, so our usual (Chic fil-a) is a no because we give her bits of our meal. The restrooms were really clean, no paper on the floor and tidy all around. Big sign of the store being g taken care of. Counter service was quick and friendly and our order was correct and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The food was hot and fresh with adequate toppings. Our dog enjoyed her bites of hamburger, as did her human servants. When traveling we will try to remember this Wendy’s to return too. Well done management and staff!
